The 3^rd Annual Women In Leadership Forum Middle East features this annual award ceremony for the very first time.

Held under the Presidential Decree, this award recognises the talents and skills of creative women throughout the UAE. It also rewards those who have delivered outstanding contributions in building and promoting their community, and is designed to accelerate the development of the Emirati community.
