Since 2009, the Women In Leadership (WIL) series has connected over 1,500 successful, international heads of commerce who have inspired the women business leaders of tomorrow. The two-day initiative features superior networking, inspirational speakers and potential business opportunities.

Experts share their knowledge and expertise whilst world class suppliers showcase their most innovative solutions.

Event Format:

Inspiring conference and panel sessions

Interactive discussion groups

Discussions are conducted in a ‘talk show’ setting and encourage interaction, the sharing of experiences and challenges, recipes for success and the creation of innovative ideas.

WIL Achievement Awards

A significant feature of the forum, the WIL Achievement Awards ceremony recognises prominent women who have broken new ground in their respective areas of expertise. It rewards outstanding performances, achievements, expertise and innovation.

Motivational and educational workshops

Workshops inspire participants to critically analyse processes, tools and techniques, so they can utilise them in their own lives and business. Leadership and decision-making skills are also discussed.
